Online Introductory Training Program on The Four Foundations of Mindfulness
· Meet once a month on Sunday afternoons from 1:30 to 3:30 PM CT:
o Sept 12, 2021: Mindfulness of the Breath and Body
o Oct 10, 2021: Mindfulness of Feeling
o Nov 7, 2021: Mindfulness of Mind
o Dec 5, 2021: Mindfulness of Phenomena
· Each session consists of two Dharma talks and one guided meditation.
· Instructors: Master Jiru, Abbot of Mid-America Buddhist Association (MABA); Xiankuan
· Don Yeye, author of Six Pathways to Happiness.
· Open to all via Zoom. Preregistration is Required.
